Get element of cube in TM1 web

Hi all ,
I have one view on the TM1 web contains some cubes: year, congty, month, ...
now I want to use the function in TI Process retrieve the value of the selected element in the cube "year" clay to authorize user.
Can anybody suggest me?
here i want get year "2012" !

Clearly we have a language barrier here (actually I'm quite impressed that the TM1 UI copes so well with Vietnamese script).
I _think_ that you want to find out if the user can update (or possibly view) 2012. The right way to deal with this is to put security on the Year dimension. The docs will help with this.
If I've misinterpreted your requirement, apologies, maybe restate it.

Sorry, i'm new employee and my english not good :D
Now , i have a cube (BangCanDoiKeToan) and get data from some cube (budget,staff'salary...- *link cubes*) , when user submit workflow I want to get the value of the cube YEAR(element) for use in TI process makes the user can not enter a value for the cube (budget, salary..) in that year (2012) but task and Review Template of TM1 workflow is dimension CongTy(Company) not YEAR !
I'm sorry if I made ​​you uncomfortable presentation ..
