File name or extened version for FP2 and license

Hi,
PLease can help me in knowing
1) File version of FP2 for TM1 9.5.2, i want to install it I am facing a problem in TM1 Web Excel is not opening in TM1.

2)How to get the license number for TM1 9.5.2, we have licensed version of TM1, and What is the indication or standard for the TM1 License number.

Attempting to read between the lines, I suspect you're hoping FP2 solves the problem you've raised here http://www.tm1forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7843. Is there anything in the fix list (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg27024458) that sounds like it will?

Have you thought about raising some of these issues with IBM support?

There is nothing to fill in as such. Your IBM login needs to be associated with a customer site ID that has a valid software entitlement. Then you just log in to passport advantage and download any software that your customer site it entitled to.

The appropriate place to ask any further questions about downloading software and setting up your IBM account is not here but your IBM rep.
