TM1 Perspectives installation error

Hi All,
I installed TM1 v9.5.2 on Windows server 2003 with Excel 2003, installation was sucessful.
When I open excel 2003 with IBM Cognos TM1 perspectives enabled in excell add-ins I get the below error message.

" Microsoft Visual Basic Automation error unspecified error"

But when uncheck the IBM Cognos TM1 perspectives addin in excel then excel is working fine with out any error/warning message.
Please help.
