Crosstab Space Disappear with Zero Suppression

I'm experiencing an issue with Zero Suppression on a Cognos BI Report Studio report over the top of a TM1 cube. This issue has only recently arisen, and if I use a similar report on an older version of my TM1 server, it is fine. I am using BI 8.4.1 and TM1 9.5.1. We therefore think it's something to do with the specific TM1 server instance, rather than the installation or BI.

Before: A crosstab containing a crosstab space and zero supression, the crosstab spaces remained regardless.
Now: The crosstab spaces are being supressed (disappear) along with any columns that don't contain data.

Suppression type: (missing values) on rows and columns

Any help greatly appreaciated.

I guess it's a new feature, as it's a normal behaviour for TM1 object:

spaces are ignored by the TM1 server
