PCA-ERR-0001 error with Tm1 data source

Hi All,
Recently we started getting an error in cognos BI while trying to access packages created on TM1 data source from one server. Here is the error:
There is a PCMDDS internal error at "tm1odpCube.cpp":"1,524".
There are about 10 cubes in this server and error comes for 6 of those cubes and the Packages created on the other 4 cubes are working fine. We restarted both conogs BI and TM1 servers still no luck. There were no any metadata changes on TM1 server except data refresh. I couldn't find any working solution

If it is the issue mentioned here, than from the the article:

stop and restarting the BI server will synch things up

Or, more permanently:

Upgrade to IBM Cognos 10 Business Intelligence 10.1.1 Fix Pack 1
