error accessing the system registry

Hi All,

the users are openning tm1 model via the terminal server, when one of the users is trying to open tm1 appliccation, he is getting
"error accessing the system registry" - visual basic message
This user is a part of users group in the terminal server and the all other users which on the same group dont have this message,
when this user getting admin permission on the terminal server, the message disappear but comes again after we put back user permission,
a month ago this user didnt have any problem to log in to tm1 via the terminal!,
does someone have an idea how to solve this issue?
