Problems in copying and launch TM1 server

[EP_explorer]

I want to copy TM1 server and Launch it (version 10.1)

So I did:
1. Copy library
2. Changed .cfg file
2.1 Server Name
2.2. Port Number
2.3 DataBaseDirectory and ClientMessagePortNumber are empty (was by default in 10.1)
3. Launch IBM Configuration, add new TM1 server, and started it

I here I faced with problems
second TM1 server worked but first (which was the base for copying) stopped every time (I laucnhed it several times). I even deleted it from windows services and from IBM Configaration? and then add it again - but it stopped anyway.

After all I deleted 1st and 2nd TM1 servers and created new one - it started work (it brought me many problems - with Contributor Configuration - but it is separate story).

So how is it to copy TM1 server properly?
