Unable to Access TM1 Web

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when i try to access TM1 Web URL even though the access to the machine.config file is there for the user. Moreover i am logging using the Administrator's credentials .

I think the ASP.NET user has to have read and read&execute rights for machine.config on your server machine. Or in Win2008, the user is NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE.

Hi Mvaspal,

A week back i was able to access TM1 Web without any issue. This happened over the weekend. Also the User has Read and Execute access for ASP.NET. If only the access to that particular issues is the matter of concern , then i can connect with the support team to get in done. I want to know about the other causes for this error.

I am not sure I understand it well but if you use XP or Win2003 Server as your TM1 server, there is a user called ASP.NET and it has to have access to the file.

If it has, I do not have any other idea, sorry
