Contibutor v.10 not allowing c-level entry

Hi Experts,
I have created an application in Contributor v.10 (Sorry: TM1 Application)-
Everything is fine and perfect, but for some reason my c-level hierarchies are not available for data entry-
Only levels 0 are available (blue highlight) and I can click and see all my views- enter data etc.

The top levels are not. I stop at the workflow screen with the hierarchy at the right.

Any ideas?

this is an IBM blueprint which also gives the same error

What clients do you have enabled for the application?

Hey, THANK you Skinners666
Just by asking the question you put me on the right track.
Here it is: If the default Client is NOT CONNECTEd, you have to RIGHT CLICK and choose which one-
If the Default client is Connected, the C_level will be highlighted and you can go in just by clicking on it.
