I have one Overview report. If the user selects a cell and clicks a button, a new report should be opened with three of the dimensions used by the DBRW formula in the header.
I didn't get it to work. If I set ("extended options dialog" I use the german version) the type to SUBNM, the source object to the name of the dimension, target type and object to the same and even specify an alias, the SUBNM is updated but with an empty element name.
I tried to copy it to a cell, like it is shown in the documentation, nothing happens, the cell remains empty. It seems, that TM1 write an empty string in the destination, because old text is overwritten, but why?
Passing Parameters don't work - empty cell!

I got it. If there is no DBRW formula, there is no error message. It just sets everything to nothing.
On a cell with DBRW it works properly.
