Since April/2012 we have TM1 9.5.2 version installed. The test development was successful. On June in the produccion enviroment, when we started the budget exercise, the Dataspred utility increased because of the high use by users. Since that, TM1 has blocked frecuently , showing the following message on the server: “TM1S HAS STTOPED WORKING” , We must to reset the TM1 instance each time.
I have looked for information about this without any success. There is anyone who can help me with this situation?

- Has the previous version been fully uninstalled?
- What does the Error log in the Event Viewer say?
- Are you certain this process is killing the server?
- What does TM1 top show when you replicate the issue?
- Do you have enough RAM on the server?
- Have you investigated Locking on the cubes?
- Are other instances on the same server working as expected?

A good place to start would be to look in your tm1server.log file for any errors.
Or if you have TM1Top running, do you see any processes that is locking the server?

- The server formatting to install 9.5.2 tm1
- The OS does not say much.
UI [2] = C: \ Program Files \ Cognos \ TM1 \ bin \ tm1s.exe
UI [3] = TM1S has stopped working
UI [4] = Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
UI [5] = Check online for a solution and close the program
UI [6] = Check online for a solution later and close the program

- The instance of tm1 is blocked. NOT allow work to users
- The sample tm1Top users performing tasks such as: Dataspred, executing views.
- The server has 48 GB and the instance of TM1 occupies 35 gb
- The cube are different at each stop of the instance. In version 9.4 this did not happen.
- The server runs only one instance
-The TM1server.log NOT show anything.
