I wanted to check but I don't think this is possible.
In Cognos Planning you could paste multiple cells into consolidated or simple calculated cells. It does not appear that TM1 can handle this, it only allows a single cell paste.
Is this the case?

Not natively, no. But you can do it with TM1 Tools.
