TM1 Web Date Format

Hi All,

I am facing a weird issue for TM1 Web.

I have two columns which has custom date format (c:dd/mm/yyyy;;) it works fine in cube viewer but on TM1 web format is getting lost.
It shows these field in number format and when user is trying to enter date value eg. 01/02/2012 it gives following error..

##Error Message
Not a number: 01/02/2012
Please use "." as decimal separator and "," as thousands separator??(#,###.##).

But for test when I entered 40015 as date value it shows correct corresponding date.
Anyone had issue before please tell me how to resolve it...
We are on TM1 ver 9.5.1

Thanks for the quick reply.
I went through the PMR. but not possible to upgrade ryt now.
Anyother possible solution?? any fix of work around..

Note:- Please dont say string.. I dont want to redo the rules again.
