You are not authorized to view this page in tm1 10.1 install

Hi,
I have installed tm1 10.1(64 bit), application client(Contributor) is running, but tm1 web is not running when I have given the URL it is showing as
YOU are not authorized to view this page.

IIS is 32-bit,
OS--->2003 server R2
All the prerequisites for tm1 10.1

I have checked by seeing other posts in the forum, but still I cannot resolve this.Please any help.

Is this actually a TM1 problem? Have you tried adding the URL to your trusted sites?

I'm not sure but think this might be an IIS error. Is there any more meat to the error message? A screenshot might help.

Sounds like a permissions problem in IIS. Suggest you look at the security settings you currently have in IIS and compare those to the installation guide for TM1Web and make sure they are correct. I'm guessing you don't have the site set up for anonymous access and it is trying to authenticate you through AD.

now i have tried open the page but I am not getting user name and password under the server when I opened the page.
