Security Control on dimension in one cube only

I would like to limit access for one dimension in one cube only,for example limit access to "Jan 2012" in "Sales Plan" cube. That mean can also to access "Jan 2012", "Feb 2012", "Mar 2012".....etc in other cube.
Can TM1 do this?

The best way to do this would be to use element security and use a copy of the month-year dimension for the cube where you want to restrict access.
