Hello Forum,
One of our users had KEY_ERR errors in a slice from TM1. When I open the same Excel-sheet on my PC the data appears without errors.
The user can query the cubes using the Server Explorer and make snapshots without problems, but when she tries to save a slice she gets KEY_ERR errors.
I think maybe differences in Excel settings and/or Language/Country settings between the 2 PC's cause this problem.
If so, can someone help me which settings are needed to solve this problem ? Or does anyone have other suggestions ?
We use TM1 9.1 SP3 with Excel 2007.
Greetings,

Re: KEY_ERR in Slice
Possibly an issue with a non-admin user and that the cells in the offending slice are aliases? I've seen this a few times and I think in some cases it is a bug. You're going to need to get off version 9.1 though if you want IBM support on the problem.

If you login with their rights on your machine does the problem still exist? What about if you log on to their machine with your rights?
Did you try the tracer in TM1 tools? This might point you in the right direction.
Also, if you replace the DBRWs with DBRs, does this make any difference?
