Images not printed in TM1 Web

Hi All,

I have a problem whereby a report in TM1 Web will display in IE but when I do print/print preview, the actual graph will not display. All Iget is an X where the image should be. This works with Chrome / Firefox. I have tried IE 6 and up and there is no difference. I found some advice suggesting changing the user authentication from * to ? in web.config but that did not help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The environment is Windows Server 2003 32 bit with IIS 6.0 and version 9.5.2 of TM1.

Hi Marcus,

Thanks for the reply and info however all appears OK with respect to setup. We are not using SiteMinder. We do however have a non default install path. We are going to try a straight install with all defaults
