We have a prospect who has asked about running TM1 Server on Linux. Has anyone had experience of doing this with Tm1 9.5.x and, if so, I would be grateful for any feedback; was the experience good\bad\normal.
My colleague David did run TM1 on Linux a while ago but I think that was TM1 version 6...

We have TM1 running on one of our Linux servers. The only thing of note that we found was that it only runs on Oracle Linux and a specific version of Oracle Linux. (It tells you the version on the download site.) We started off with higher version of Oracle Linux and while the software installed it failed to run. Otherwise it works in exactly the same way as TM1 on Unix,
