Tm1 Functions not working

I am currently in the USA on business and Yesterday our TM1 server went down.

I have managed to get it up and running again but I now have the following problems.

I wonder if anyone can give me some guidence as I am under a very tight deadline.

1. Dynamic Tm1 spreadsheets are showing #value so cannot view the data ?

2. Tm1 web is not working we have a server error ?

3. I do not have Admin rights when remotely accessing the Server but on excel client I do ?
Also my Perspectives has changed Client

Did you restart the TM1 excel service??

A #value for a TM1 Excel formula usually means that the TM1 Add-in is not loaded.

Not completely clear from your description but are you trying to access TM1 server from a TM1 Excel client pc that does not have the Perspectives license file , TM1P8.LIC installed?

If so, even if you log in as admin you will not see\be able to access admin options such as maintain dimension.
