Cognos Express with Informix as data source

Hi All,

64 - bit Informix ODBC Driver works perfectly before Installing Cognos Express 9.5 , but once Cognos express is installed , ODBC driver doesn't work any more , when you try to test the connection it gives you a 'database locale mismatch error' , even after updating the database locale in ODBC settings.

Any ideas , how to resovle this issue ?
