CAB file not found

Hi,
In VM ware the rule editor is not opening.
Through our site(TM1 forum) i found the solution, but after downloading the file.
This is the error i got
CAB file not found.
After browse i am not able place the file exactly.

Is it a CUB file? Not sure CAB file.

Not quite (or even remotely) the same thing.

.cub file = the file that a TM1 cube's data to is written to (and loaded from) in the server's data directory.
.cab file = "A cabinet (.cab) file (which) is a library of compressed files stored as a single file. Cabinet files are used to organize installation files that are copied to the user's system. A large compressed file can be spread over several .cab files."

Dear Alan,
thank you, but my issue is i have tm1 VMware, i am unable to open the rule editor in the VMware.
I have changed the Advance rule editor in the ini file to open as old rule editor. Still i am unable to open the rule editor.
Please can u help me out.
VM ware size is 2 GB .
