Dear All:
the customer request TM1 system must be HA(Hot stand by),i have already search the IBM doc,there is no info i can reference,
so does anyone can offer me any idea to solve this difficult issue,many thanks

It is not practically possible to have a completely hot backup, because the changes are held in memory and a locked log file.

A warm backup is reasonably straightforward though. Simply copy the data directory from the live server to your backup server on a regular basis. Make sure you run a "SaveDataAll" just before you copy the directory across. You can chore this to run as often as you like, but I'd suggest no more than every two hours otherwise it may annoy users.
