CX- Advisor SDK-ERROR-0064

Hi,
When i am installing Cognos express i got an error, when advisor getting installed the error was SDK-ERROR-0064.

I haven't installed express myself but I was wondering if you are trying to connect it to a database of some sort? If so have you tried stopping the services? This is complete shot in teh dark so apologies if I'm wide of the mark,

i did not try to connect any database.
remaining are installed expect advisor. Any advices for this

this is my prerequisite used for cognos Express.

MS Office 2003
OP windows 2007
Apache tomcat 6.0.26
.Net Framework 4
IIS 7.
PLease can any one help me, trying on it for more than a day.

This one is different than the one on the screenshot in your original post.
