a Client is running a Perspectives version of TM1 9.0 Sp3, the program has been working fine up untill a week ago. Now when the user opens her Dimension Editor it appears to open it and then hides it somewhere!
I have tried re-installing TM1, re-installing Office, replaced the Tm1p.ini file. done a rollback of the machine and nothing seems to work.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Ian

Have you replaced all the tm1p.ini files? There's several. Search out all the .ini files on her C:\ and replace them all.

Also, is she working on a laptop and had it connected to an external monitor?

I had the same thing happen when I logged in after I used an external monitor.
To solve on a single monitor, I followed these steps:
Click on Alt + space
Press M
Use arrow keys to move

I would try the previous suggestions first, but if all else fails then delete the subed.tbd file that you will find under Documents and Settings\Application Data\<User Id>\Applix\TM1
(It struck me as a little odd that this is still under Applix given that I am running 9.1 SP3 and everything else seems to be Cognos. However, for you, on 9.0, it will still be Applix.)
This file will get automatically recreated. It holds various settings related to the subset editor and one of those might have got corrupted.
