Can't start local server from CX 9.5 Xcelerator

Hi,

Does anyone know why I may not be able to start a local server from a cx 9.5 client?

I am pointing to an empty data directory.

When I select 'start local server' from the file menu, nothing happens (I should expect to see a server.exe window)

This is an issue on windows 7 and windows XP.

As far as I'm aware, CX 9.5 has revoked the ability to start local servers that was present in cx 9.0 and all enterprise versions of TM1
