Problem in including users to the Cognos Express

In dev environment, I am able to include user and able to assign groups to the designated users. The problem is the newly created users are unable to log-in to the Architect or perspectives though they have correct userid and pwd.

Can any one help me why was it happening?

Have you given them the "capability" to log in to Perspectives/Architect? It's a new addition in 9.5.something - you need to right click on the server and go to manage capabilities (or similar) and allow users to go in that way.

I think they're trying to push users to Contributor.

What error message do you get ?

Do you get the error message "You do not belong to a group. Please see your TM1 administrator" ?
