Timestamp for Snapshot / Slice / Active Form
I'm struggling with timestamp when you are doing snapshot, slice and active form from Perspectives to Excel workbook. Can anyone advise if available or if it can be done? Thanks

Re: Timestamp for Snapshot / Slice / Active Form
This would only be relevant for a snapshot since a slice or active form contains live data. There is no option to automatically timestamp a snapshot, but have you heard of the NOW function in excel?

Re: Timestamp for Snapshot / Slice / Active Form
Thanks, I guess I could use now function in Excel. It could be relevant also for active form and slice because if I save such an excel document and turn calculation off I could still open and read the figures without knowing when they were retreived.
If I recall right I think Cognos Café has the timestamp and source information displayed.
