We have a problem understanding how format in Contributor show, which dimension format is the priority, what's the priority order?

I have experienced issues with having different formats in contributor and architect (in 9.5.1) for the exact same view. It is currently an unresolved issue we are still working on.

Anyone out there know if there is a difference in how Architect/perspective and Contributor vary on their cell formatting priorities??
I have the exact same view in architect and contributor but they have different formatting. I am assuming the two look at formatting slightly differently
