Does this TI process create an .cma output file? Is yes, where is the file located?

No. This parameter just indicates whether a view is zero suppressed or not. It is explained in the help file.
asciioutput (or textoutput) exports the data to cma, csv or txt files. Or you can right click on the cube and go to "Export data as text..."
