I have a long experiance with TM1 since it was ad DOS versions, the last version i have is 9.1 and i don't know what is the cost to have 9.5 new release on my own. would you please give me some info on how much it will cost.

You won't get a price here I'm afraid.
If you have kept up with your maintenance then you can get it for free.
If not you'll have to contact your resller or IBM to find out how much it costs.

Also, may be you would already know that version 9.1 is no more supported by IBM
