Error Message, Not in Knowledge Base

Post by cdhodge2002 »

So I am getting the following error:

(APIExecutingUserProgressCallBack): Error Getting Subset Properties

I am basically trying to do a forced consolidation using a consolidatechildren calculation but TM1 doesn't seem to like those forumulas. Doing another calculation cube is not going to work either. Has anybody received this error before?

Where are you getting this error? In Excel or the rules or what? Can you post the code that is generating the error?

Hello,

I'm having the same problem with rules (using consolidatechildren). Can you help me?

A bit more information would be useful, including where you are getting this error. Maybe a screenshot might help. Do you have the appropriate security rights set up? Is it possible the aliases have been corrupted and are no longer unique?

The more information you can give the more likely we are able to help.

Martin's questions weren't just relevant to the original posters. There's no point in saying "I got such and such an error" if you don't give any context. Refer to the Request for Assistance Guidelines.
