Hi
I have a problem at a client site.
Upon Saving or submitting their plans on the Web, they intermittently get a Java error/errors. I enclose screenshots of that.
The client migrated from Oracle to SQL - last year November. They have NOT been working on the live system until now, and now the errors pop up.
My questions are -
1. There is no Planning errorlog to be found on the system. Does this errorlogging get switched on somewhere?
2. Obviously - the error itself.

are the problems already solved?
Does every user get the message or only a few users?
A few minths ago I also had the problem with that messages and we set up new users and the it was working again.
I am not shure about the cause of the problem, but set up new users with the same rights was a good work-around.
