9.5.1 TM1Web Issue

We are on TM1 9.5.1 HF 8 and have been experiencing â€œOperation Failedâ€ problems when non-TM1 admins attempt to modify certain public cube views by moving dimensions or selecting elements in a subset. However, this is a non-issue for the same users when they access the same view using Server Explorer. TM1-Admins do not experience this issue in both TM1web and Server Explorer. Additionally, this was not an issue in 9.4.1. Has anybody encountered and resolved this issue? If so, how was the issue fixed?

Not sure how technically to fix that, but with upgrade to HF 10 will fix

We are having the same issue but only after applying the hot fix. I tried Hot Fix 10 and it did not solve our problem. Reinstalling TM1 Web over the current install will backup the old one in a folder and then restore the original data into the TM1Web folder.

Resolved the issue in our DEV environment with the help of IBM. Applied HF 13 and added "PersistSecurityFilteringOfDynamicSubsets=T" paramater to TM1.cfg and restarted the TM1 Server.

Did you keep the server and web installs on the same version? IE are they both HF13?

Yes, Server, Web, and Client are all on the same version - HF 13.
