I visit the IBM ftp site and get into the hotfix download location. But I only can find a hotfix for TM1 9.5.1(X64). I want to download X86 version of Tm1 9.5.1. Does anyone know how to get the hotfix? actually, I would like to download the HF8 for TM1 9.5.1(32bits).

you contact support and get they submit a tix to global escalation. Although HF are generally downloaded, they are actually uploaded for a specific customer.

As I mentioned in the What Hotfixes are, and how to install them thread:

Hotfixes are only put onto the IBM servers for a limited time, after which you need to contact IBM support to get it. Usually only the latest HF will be found there.

I'm assuming that you fully read the primary post in this thread, including the link to the "What Hotfixes are, and how to install them" thread which contains the address of the relevant web site?

(Along with mentioning the fact that hotfixes only appear there for a limited time, and that after that you have to contact Support to get them. In this case HF11 is no longer on the site at the time of writing but they have HF10, presumably at a customer's request.)

I have looked into server and the following files are available (see list bellow).
Which of the files should I download for TM1 server v9.5.1 and TM1 Architect if I want to have the latest hotfixes?
Is it 951_HF14_x64server.zip? For TM1 server v9.5.1 (64-bit server) hotfix 14?
951_HF14_x86client.zip? For TM1 Architect (32-bit client)?

P.S. Does anyone knows which bugs were fixed in H14? In the first post of this thread is only description for H10.

They are now on hot fix 17 for TM1 9.5.1.
In hotfix 12, there is a fix for a bug where MDX views on dimensions with security were not working in TM1 web.
You need to set the following parameter in TM1s.cfg:
PersistSecurityFilteringOfDynamicSubsets=T
