Xcelerator crash

Hi everybody,

I have problem with Cognos Tm1a.exe. When i am working with Xcelerator and trying to handle data or somethnig similar Xcelerator crash into error in event viewer tm1a.exe hang application.
Do you have any idea where can by problem?

Windows Server 2003 R2 x64
Cognos Express 9.0.0.1 (FP1)
