It means the server that your active form refers to is not available to the TM1Web instance you are accessing it from. For example, you created the websheet in DEV, so the active form refers to the server DEV. Now you go and publish the report to PROD and forget to change the server reference in the report. Check your websheet for server references and make sure they are all valid.mzatta wrote:Anyone ever see the issue when rebuilding an active form in a websheet and the error could not locate the server comes up? The server name is the same. I just moved physical servers. it is even the same DB. Would that have made a difference?

What about the TM1Web server? Is it on a separate machine or is it running on the same server as the TM1 server service? If the web server is separated are you sure you are pointing to the correct admin host now? Are you sure you are logging into the correct server with TM1Web? Just throwing out possibilities to check.mzatta wrote:The server name is the same. I just moved physical servers. it is even the same DB. Would that have made a difference?
