error never seen on service start up

Hi All,

I restored a backup on a server and I got this error on restarting the service:

I tried to:

delete the logs
put another backup on
put the last working backup
put down and up the admin service
switch off and on the machine in which the TM1 runs


and nothing changed.

Anyone knows what is this?


EDIT:

it seems that it is working via TM1S but it is not an acceptable solution for the client.

Make sure that the account the TM1 service is running under has full rights to this newly restored data directory and all the files in it.

Somethings I would try

1. Check taskmgr and see if you have any running tm1*.exe running
2. Turn debug on your tm1s-log.properties and see where the file contention is
3. Try MS System utils to see which process has the file locked.
