Hello everybody,
I have got an instance of TM1 9.5 (64-bit) running over Windows 2003 (x64). I have also installed TM1 9.5 (32-bit) on the same machine so that I can access TM1 client.
My problem is that I am unable to see any links/icons for Perspectives and Architect in the Start Menu. I have manually created icon for Perspectives and have pointed my desktop icon/link to TM1P.XLA, now I can open the Perspectives successfully and can also open the Server Explorer through Perspectives.
For Architect, I am unable to find the file TM1A.EXE (in the whole computer) so that I can create a icon/link for TM1 Architect.
Can someone please tell me what this file is missing and how can I create a shortcut for Architect
TM1A.EXE is missing but Server Explorer runs via Perspective

Re: TM1A.EXE is missing but Server Explorer runs via Perspec
It depends on the type of install that you did for the 32 bit client. I'm betting that you did a standard install rather than a custom one.ExApplix wrote:Hello everybody,

If you select "TM1 - Install TM1 server and clients" then by default Architect will be installed.
If you select "TM1 Perspectives - Install standalone personal edition of TM1" then by default Architect will not be installed. Why? The gods only know.
I'd run the install again, making sure that you do a custom install and that Architect is checked.
