-restart tm1excelservice & try again
-server os?
if 64bit os, installed pdfcamp correctly? are no sessions (rdp, console) active?
-Browser version? maybe try another one, other client.
maybe you should give us more informations about your tm1system.

Have tried to change the Internet option's setting. The problem still persists.

Re: TM1 web - fail to export websheet to pdf and excel
I've tested on different version of IE. It seems like it is working on IE 6 but not in IE 7.
Fyi, I've done the followings in IE7: -
1. Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Internet zone --> Custom Level --> File Download --> Enable
2. Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Local Intranet/Internet zone --> Custom Level --> Miscellaneous --> allow websites to open windows without address or status bars --> Enable
3. Tools->Internet Options --> Security --> Internet --> Custom Level --> Downloads --> Automatic prompting for file downloads --> Enable
4. Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Internet --> Custom Level --> Miscellaneous --> Allow script initiated windows without size or position constraints --> Enable
However, it still not working.
Have anyone of you having the same problem before? Thanks.

Re: TM1 web - fail to export websheet to pdf and excel
Hello,
I have had that problem with several users, in most cases it was caused by a pop-up blocker. After you press OK on the button does the pop-up blocker appear briefly at the bottom of the browser.
If they have Google toolbar installed, I would suggest getting rid of that.

Check that PDFCamp printer driver is properly installed and is the default printer on the web server. Check that the service account for the TM1 Excel Service on the web server has local admin rights on the server as it needs to write to the registry.

Re: TM1 web - fail to export websheet to pdf and excel
There is also a well known (but not very well documented) bug where any export to Excel or PDF from TM1 web will fail if there is any rdp session open on the server.
This is really annoying but at least you can control it in a production environment by ensuring that rdp sessions are verboten.

RDP = remote desktop connection
