I was wondering is it possible to use the dimension element index in TM1?
Like for example I have a month dimension with 2007 & 2008 Months with consolidation listed down. I just need to know if I can create IF statement determining whether the month in one measure using the picklist could determine it if its future month or not and have the solution be Yes or No dependent if the criteria is meant. Since is this capability that is very useful in Cognos Planning I was wondering if this possible in TM1 as well.

How about using DIMIX() function
DIMIX() is valid in both TM1 rules and TurboIntegrator processes.
