Re: TM1 Web - maximum number of attempt reached
If your Admin user is locked then you have restart the TM1 Windows service.
Cheers!

You are looking in the wrong place. TM1 web is a client interface to the TM1 server. The web server merely passes the credentials back to the TM1 server for authentication. If a user has exceeded their maximum login attempts with wrong password then you need to reset the user's password in server explorer (architect or perspectives). Sometimes that won't work and you may need to restart the TM1 server.rozef wrote:Hi all,

You can change the default number of maximum login attempts via the tm1s.cfg file
