Can't create Contributor Application

When I try to create an application in the Contributor now there's a box asking user and pwd "IBM Cognos Client Framework". Never happened before.
I tried to reinstall the Rich Client, I checked de configs, I tried another browser, I checked the CogrcpServlet config, I deleted all Contributor applications in the server.
I tried all user/pwd, even the old ones and including my computer login. None works.

My sin was to try to setup Contributor for another TM1 Server...

I use Tomcat, TM1 9.5.

Hi

I think Cognos TM1 contributor component you would require 1. IBM WebSphere Application Server Community Edition (CE) V2.1.1.2 2. Apache Tomcat version 6.0.18
