Re: excel
I find your question a little confusing and wonder if in fact you are confused?
TurboIntegrator is foremost an ETL and administrative tool. Although you may access the TurboIntegrator client via the Excel Perspectives add-in all actions of TurboIntegrator when processes are running occur server side as an integrated component of the TM1 server. There is therefore no actual link between TurboIntegrator and Excel in any real way.
There is no command in TurboIntegrator to create a slice in Excel (that is what Perspectives is for!) The closest you would get would be to ASCIIOutput a CSV file.

Re: excel
When you use the drill function from an excel slice then TI can open a slice in a new sheet on the client side.
Maybe this can give a chance for a workaround for you.
E.g: You can build a "navigation" cube and define drill processes for your users.
Sample to check: 'Plan_BudgetPlan' cube > 'Budget Input Detailed' view.
I also recommend you to check the Action button functionalities for navigation between reports.
