TM1 9.4 FP3 vs TM1 9.5

We are currently on TM1 Version 9.1 SP2 and are wanting to upgrade.
Has anyone gone to 9.4 FP3, and if so what experiences have you had with this Version of TM1.
I am also looking for feedback on 9.5., and am wondering if we should go directly to this version as opposed to a phased approach where we upgrade initially to 9.4 FP3.

We have approximately 1100 users spread across Australia, so the performance aspect particulalry with Web will be a key factor to consider.

Can you give me a bit more info on why you recommend 9.4 FP3 as opposed to 9.5.

All I can say is that we haven't had any crashes on 9.4 FP3. This is a very stable build. When we migrated to 9.4 MR1 and then to FP2 and every hotfix here and in between crash after crash. Personally I would go with 9.4 FP3 since I wouldn't risk finding all the bugs on 9.5
