Hi,
We promoted new dimensions, cubes and 1 Chore from Dev Server to the Live Server by copying these new elements and paste in Live server.
We then restart the Live TM1 server to refresh it, but 1 new chore and 2 existing chores missing in LIVE.
We are able to see them in file level but they are not appearing in the TM1 server.
Version we are using:
TM1 version 9.4 mr1 fp2
Windows Server 2003 x64
Any idea why,
Many thanks for your help,
Missing Chores

Re: Missing Chores
Hi,
Did you check whether all processes that are part of the chores are available on the server. When a chore does not appear this is usually because one of more processes that are part of this chore are missing.

Re: Missing Chores
As well as making sure that all processes required for a chore are included in a promotion also check that no processes or chores were accidentally created with a trailing space in the filename. The object will register on the server and show up just fine for the server session in which it was created but will not be read from the date directory during a restart!
