Hi all
Anyone hear of any issues with slicing data from 9.1 SP2 U3 via Internet Explorer 6.0.2900?
Web is working fine but slices and snapshots is freezing
Any advice appreciated
thanks

Not sure if this helps, have you tried restarting the excel service on box that host TM1Web? We have encountered issues with slices/snapshots and restarting the excel service does the trick for us.

Re: TM1Web and Internet Explorer
Excel Services is what did it for us also. You can test your luck and try shutting down the Excel.exe processes also and if you find the right one it will generally release the remaining jobs (assuming that the users have not shut down their session).
If you can narrow it down to a few websheets that might be causing the issue (check the tm1web logs) you can help avoid some of the issues. Look through the sheets for #ref or #na errors. There was a bug fix that was corrected in later releases that these error conditions would cause snapshot to hang sometimes, but restarting the excel services will generally always solve the issue.
