I have a strange thing happening with my TM1Web reports that use SUBNMs. I have found some similar posts about the quirks of of SUBNM in TM1Web but none that appear to highlight the exact same issue (I think..)
In my TM1Web reports, each of the references to SUBNMs point to a subset that contains all N Level Elements and the reports always point to subset element "1" by default so that it defaults to the first element that the user has access to.
IE. SUBNM("tm1serv:CostCentre","zCostCentre0",1,"Code and Description")
When using a report on the web, if a user does not have access to all elements in the dimension and then selects an element other than the default element (the first element they have access to) and then enters some data, refreshes, rebuild or F9 the report will return with the SUBNM now blank. It does not happen when the use simply changes the element and rebuilds. If the user has access to all elements then this does not occur. The issue also does not occur in Excel regardless of the security level a user has.
Does anyone know how to work around this?
