Unable to open connection to database - SYBASE ODBC

Hi

I am connecting TM1 with Sybase through Adaptive Server Enterprise ODBC driver of Sybase. Recently we have upgraded the hardware configuration of the Server. Before this change we have taken one TM1 db back up. When i tried to connect my TM1 Sybase i am getting the error Unable to open connection to database. Then i replaced my old tm1 back up. It is working fine with the same ODBC.

Can anyone help me out to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.
