User has 'Submit' rights over the node. Submit button is enabled, but does nothing in Mozilla, form error in IE. Right click on the node, submit option is grayed out.
Checked that no previous owners are logged in - this user is the only active user.
I can change the submission status manually in the control cube tp_application_state... to 3 (for ready) or 4 (for locked) but wondering why the client is unable to do it.. If I change the state to locked, the Reviewer for the node is able to right click and 'Reject' it fine.
Any ideas?
