Corrupt View

Post by AWILDE »

Hi,

Has anyone experianced the following - I am working on TM1 9.0 SP3 and on a couple of machines when your in a cube and drill to the subset editor each element is overlapping and doesnt look right. When you click ok everything closes down. You also cant select an element from a dimension while in the cube view.

Any ideas - Last week we had a virus and IT have made a number of changes to the virus checker settings and increased security - I am wondering if the this is linked.

Is this the issue described in the FAQ Thread, under the heading "Subset Editor Displays Distorted Element Names (First two element names overlap)"?

Yes this has solved the problem - all I needed to do was resize the subset editor window then click cancel and the problem is solved.

Thanks a lot for the help.
